The Northam Lions decided that the Northam Memorial Hall needed an Automated Exernal Defibrillator (AED) attached to an external wall of the premises — providing uninterrupted community access to the lifesaving device.
They applied for the much needed equipment through St Johns. The unit has been mounted to the side wall of the Memorial Hall with members of the Northam RSL looking on.
The President Mick Prytulak thanked the Northam Lions not only on behalf of the Northam RSL but for all users of the Hall and community members.
