President – Mrs Donna Prytulak OAM PHF

I was the first female to be assigned to 10th Light Horse and I left with the rank of Corporal. I also completed a few years as an officer with the Northam Army Cadets. In that time I chaperoned three cadets who traveled to India for their Cadet Unit to be represented at India’s Independence Day. The high lights of this trip was having breakfast with Indria Ghandi, and he buttered my toast, as well as meeting other Cadets from other countries.
I have been awarded a OAM and PHF for my service to Veterans and their Families.

Deborah’s Father was a veteran of WW2 and Her Brother is a Vietnam Veteran.
Deborah is the Northam Sub Branch Bar Manager. She has a keen interest in the Sub Branch and the Auxiliary history. Deborah has been a member of the auxiliary for a few years. Her hobbies are gardening and travelling with her family.

I enlisted into the Army Reserve on 21st May 1988 and discharged on 30th May 1995.
During that time, I was on 2 years full time service at 21 Supply Battalion which later became Moorebank Logistic Group NSB
I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the Reserves and felt very proud to have served. Some of my dearest friends have been in the Services and now I am a member of the WRAAC ASSOCIATION OF WA, who are organizing the 75th Anniversary in 2026 being held in Perth.
Since 2019 my husband and I have been members of the Northam RSL Sub Branch
